Either record a demo with TF2's built-in replay recorder, or (preferably) get a video capturing software like Fraps. I'll let other staff post about the ban

If i remember right fraps has a free demo here:
www.fraps.com/download.php
It allows for 30 second recordings (if i remember right) which in these cases is more than enough.
also, it has a watermark on top middle, but no big deal.
