There's this guy callled Snoop69 on the USA server, that's killing half of the BLU team on the TFKart Map, which it is not allowed to do that. He changes classes before a race to get off the kart and starts killing people. And he's being rude to everyone on the server, and being a douchebag.

Can you guys ban him for doing that?
