I think it was because people could still cap when in friendly mode.

It was because if everyone on the server could turn on friendly mode, most players would have done that.
So then it would have benn no reason to have competive maps.

No, capping is disabled in friendly mode.

I won't even read your post because 99% chance it's a nonsensical shitpost to make me look wrong, and you only do that because your anger syndrome makes you insanely mad at anyone who mentions you in the slightest, jesus I feel bad for your family.

If you defend a guy who intentionally tries to be annoying and forces players to votekick him TWICE (which is rare as fuck so he must have fucked up hard) then god your way of thinking is WAY off.
