Alright, so lets check out the things that are wrong with your report.

1. They aren't over spamming a playing song.
2. They take breaks in between each spam.
3. These spams aren't offensive in any way shape or form.
4. Your chosen time for banning is inexcusable! 1-2 weeks for something as simple as this?

You'd be surprised how often this happens at DFS and is not considered against the rules.
No one on the server has had a problem with it, even higher up mods/admins.

Also, I don't mean to step out of line here, but how many reports are you going to post this week?
I've checked, and in the past week alone you've posted 4 reports so far that involve hardly punishable offenses.
If anyone is temporarily banned, it should be you for making false accusations and/or trying to get others in hot water.

Every single report you make results in another collective loss of brain cells. If you're going to make constant stupid reports on tiny little things that don't really matter, you'll quickly find yourself to be on the receiving end of an actual report.

If you give me this kind of shit attitude, i'd start my own server.
