What he has done: Free-kill and trouble the same player (me) and lie saying "If you don't shoot me, I don't shoot you".
Why should he be banned: Because he appreciate making trouble to sensitive players.
How long should this ban be: until he stop being annoying (30 minutes per mistake).
Do I have proof: Yes, if Ackar explain it...

I dont know if this is ban worthly. Also saying that you have proof when Ackar explains it, this is on my honest opinion no proof you could count to. Instand you should have taken some Screenshots or record a Demo.

I'm on the same boat as Pika. This doesn't seem very ban-worthy. In addition, your "proof" isn't proof at all. You have to give information yourself, like a screenshot, or a chat log. Simply saying, "Ackar will explain it" isn't proving that he was causing these problems. It doesn't quite make sense either.
