Desperate Ban Appeal

There is also a difference between being "ban happy" and correctly punishing you due to breaking rules i.e. using alts to evade a ban.

Now for the last time, you need help.

Seriously dude why won't you quit it, we've been fucking banning all your alts so it's fucking obvious we want you GONE from the servers. We're seriously at our limit with you to the point of actually looking for extreme methods to finally stop you from flooding our goddamn sourcebans with your retarded alts. We're not ban happy, we're punishing people for breaking the rules, and you did it more than 80 TIMES. Regarding bunni ban, he/she got banned because you moron used unicodes in one of your alts so syno accidentally banned him, he later apologized to bunni and unbanned him since it was a mistake caused by you being a moron. Your "last ban" was because you were spamming commands (Yes, your stupid "rainbow" script flooded the fucking server log ALOT) so obviously Disp punished you for that. Also give us a reason to unban you, you broke the rules more than ANY DFS player ever did, so don't try to bribe disp and even if we took bribe to unban people we wouldn't take from someone who made 80+ accounts to avoid something really serious, since pedophilia isn't something we can just look away and yes getting horny over little cartoon children does count as being a fucking pedo so get this on your head.

Another thing, do remove our hatkid model from your mods folder since it's the server property and not yours and you're not allowed to use them, thanks.

Imma point out a few things for ya real quick:
> Placing the blame on the mods for being too stingy/harsh for your taste when they are rightfully punishing you for breaking DFS's ToS is not an excuse.
> Recognizing that you broke the rules and that you have problems, but not doing anything about it because you don't want to and thinking it is pointless to do anything is the same as learning absolutely nothing
> That excuse as to why you created multiple accounts has genuinely cost me a handful of brain cells; this has got to be some of the dumbest and weakest reasonings I've heard in a very long time
> Your offense is not something ANYONE in TF2, much less DFS, wants to be associated with, thus the permaban is well deserved.

The bottom line, Yellow, is no matter how much you want to be on the server, you are NEVER coming back. Period. It's surprising how you still haven't gotten the memo.

I don't really have to explain much considering what everyone else has said, but I may as well considering you seem to have a problem with accepting your situation.

You've been warned dozens upon dozens of times throughout the year to stop doing what you were doing in terms of micspamming sexually explicit content as well as spraying NSFW sprays of a child from a cartoon game. Not only that, you had a history of trying to avoid punishment even before you were permabanned, several times Disp himself had to go out of his way to make sure you didn't join back when you were punished for either abusing server commands or acting like an irresponsible child. You were given more chances than many people in DFS' history and you still took advantage of that very idea alone. We can blame you for being "heated" at times as you are in control of your own emotions, only you, blaming that on others or trying to ignore the fact that your actions have consequences is irresponsible and only makes us see that you are incapable of being accountable for your own actions. To try and circumvent our bans, you have made countless accounts that we will continue to ban as it continues to break our server rules by trying to avoid punishment you were rightly banned for. Calling us "ban happy" when you yourself have been making alts to try and circumvent our final punishment to keep you away is hypocritical and extremely humorous. We have every right to ban you and keep it that way. You will never take part in our servers again, no matter how many accounts we have to keep from joining, accept that fact.

We don't stoop to threats or bribes, it only makes our judgement of you that much more harsh, if we could even get any more harsh than we already have.

Your attitude is that of a three year old's; expecting to get his way each and every time and then throwing a temper tantrum when he doesn't get his way, yet coming back later on expecting things to be better for you. I've seen quite a few incessant people in my 5 years as a staff member here, but you take the cake. You really should learn to grow up and accept when you can't change something, rather than making yourself look sad not only to the rest of our community, but to other communities as well who know what kind of person you are and making sure to avoid your manipulative words like the plague. Even now we've been working close with other communities that have received word of what you try to do to win people over to your side. Try all you want, you're only making matters much, much worse for yourself.
