After some time, I finally decided to take on the trials of server moderation again and see if, in the meantime, I have fixed the mistakes that hurt my performance to the point of getting demoted and gave a troublesome impression.
About that, let's cut to the chase.
don't mind me sounding too grammatically correct because i'm trying to sound mature and there i am using apps for grammar fixes that i hope no one does mind it that much as well
How long have you been on DFS?/When have you started playing on DFS?
I began playing on DFS since May 2016, I've been playing here for years, almost three years if a few breaks from DFS do count, and it still is an entertaining community as of today.
Which region are you from?
Russian Federation, Rostovskaya Oblast. (GMT+3)
Which position are you applying for? (Server Moderator, Developer, Discord Moderator)
I did better as a Discord Moderator, but I feel like Server Moderator is something I can get used to as well, despite Discord being more easier to control.
If this decision cannot grasp both, Server Moderator.

Why do you want to become a staff member?
It may be a long one, so if you want a shorter and more definite reasoning, I kept learning with how to act and administer the server properly as a moderator, finally trying my hand again at being one with all the knowledge and comprehension gathered and attempt to establish communication at better terms, also attempting to fix my general problems and practice overtime until becoming a fully mature staff member. Anyway, here it goes:
I am motivated to become a staff member for a few reasons personally rather than saying that I am subjecting myself into protecting the server from many types of rulebreakers, and after a few boosts in confidence, earlier I never had much courage to take more pressure in and finally write a new application.
I usually have an eye on rulebreakers (without obviously trying to not mini-mod) and keep up with the events whenever something gets heated between them and the staff, it helps me with keeping something in mind on what counts as a violation to the rules and how to deal with them in general (especially for a few rules that I'm not completely aware of their meaning or example.)
Being keen on how staff members deal with violators, I sometimes take notes about how they can speak up to the staff, also in which cases a last resort can be brought, that goes as to how punishment will go and how long will it last.
In short, I always learn from others and having the knowledge of said staff work is one of the reasons why I am prepared to begin moderating the server again and take it to a good use.
It might feel a bit generic, but in terms of communication, one thing I feel like became more of a hobby to myself, is introducing newcomers to the server, guiding them through and give a brief idea on what DFS is for everyone, this is something that not many have been trying to do in which case I want to try my best to give new people a better example on how this server stands out in terms of its variety and fun you can find in it.
After a long time of learning I have done in order to improve my performance afterward, contributing to the staff team, lots of reading through and having previous experience as a moderator. I will be able to finally try my skills and intelligence, beginning to practice at the same time until I become a fully fleshed out staff who's able to deal with the violations maturely and showing good sense.

I was a Donator Admin and Discord Moderator on DFS
How active are you on DFS? If you're accepted, how active can you be on DFS?
I mostly get on DFS during the evening, I visit the server almost every day unless if I have to deal with serious IRL stuff or if I went somewhere for a day.
I'm around for primarily a few hours, it can be longer especially during weekends.
If I am accepted, then I wouldn't worry much about a gamemode I don't like being picked and I'll be able to stick around for more than a couple of hours.
Have you ever been banned from DFS before? If so, why?
I have been banned for 2 (or 3?) times in the past.
Mentioned in a previous application, I've been banned for abusing severe commands given from Admin membership.
As for the second ban, this was for worryingly advertising a (now dead) server for the sake of keeping it alive.
Include any additional personal information about yourself that could help your application thread
As older problems get swept away, new ones or some of the much-known ones arise.
Recently I've been going through salty times and I might go through a mood swing whenever something goes wrong for me, which may take a turn on my reliability and attitude in general, though it does not mean it will build up to bring a serious change in my behavior or if I will start throwing the tantrum constantly, once accepted I'll try my best to keep it as quiet as possible.
There are a few more cases with me and a few more wrongs but it's either something that would be occurring to me less often or if it's something minor that can be fixed in the latter.
I am still trying to get rid of my passive-aggressive behavior but it was going on for so long that it became a part of me.which might be a bad thing
A few things I mentioned like trying to give newcomers a better view on the server may not have happened that frequent, in which case I'll try to do that more often whenever I'm up for my duty.
Going to the conclusion, I have improved very decently overtime after demotion and being assured that I'll do much better this time and keep working on the flaws that stuck around with me for a while.
With that said, I hope this run will go pretty well this time.
