Alright, time to reapply for real this time. Because I won't be in classes this semester and instead I'll be working, I should have more time for DFS, and money to donate.

Why do you want to become a staff member?

This has been one of my favorite TF2 communities, and one that has stuck with me the most. Plus I've been a moderator/admin for a few years previously.

Are you currently a staff member elsewhere?

Not elsewhere, no.

Past experiences as a staff member

Until this past June/May I was an admin, until circumstances came up that put me on a Gold/VIP hiatus

How active are you on DFS? If you're accepted, how active can you be on DFS?

Because of my lack of schoolwork I won't have to worry about that during this semester. As long as I'm not working I can come on DFS.

Have you ever been banned from DFS before? If so, why?

Only once before my Kazmandude days because of overspam, in 2015

The format is exactly what it's meant to be, level checks out and you do have previous moderation skills which is nice. The reasoning could get a bit more detail to it as it seems a bit too short and slightly generic.

But the main issue I see as of right now is how you tend to get a bit ahead of yourself in the fun and disregard the rules, which got you muted for overspamming on certain occassions with a warn ontop of it.

The other main issue is the lack of activity on the server. You only appear a fair few inbetween when there's a special event or many friends are playing TF2.

I'll be on the fence for now as the two problems leaves quite a big hole in this well formatted and well experienced application.

I'm out of school and I'm going to be working, so I'll be able to spend more time on the servers

Thanks for applying!
Your application needs a lot of work as your reason for wanting to join the staff team is very basic and weak. It doesn't show that you understand the role or its importance on the servers, which are important things we look for in applicants.
As Blank mentioned, your activity also needs a lot of work as you are rarely seen on the servers and we require staff to remain suitably active.
If you improve on these problems, you may have a better chance if you reapply in the future!
