NOTE: My alternate name is Druidic Bread. You can find me through my Steam Profile - steamcommunity.com/id/druidic_bread/
My Discord Username is Druidic Bread#8371 should you need reference.
I hope this information is short but succinct in information. I appreciate any feedback given c:
How long have you been on DFS?/When have you started playing on DFS?
Just over 1 year - however am planning to stay on for long term.
Which region are you from?
UK (GMT - UTC+0)
Which position are you applying for?
Discord Moderator
Current DFS level
Level 43, although been told not needed for the role of Discord Moderator
Why do you want to become a staff member?
I value people and like to engage with DFS members. Your server is unique and friendly; it has been extremely difficult finding a community that still value TF2 and its players. I would like to become staff member not for the roles or status, but to be able to help other members and create an environment new and old users can enjoy.
Furthermore, if required I can get straight to the point where I can use swift action to halt a problem. I admit I have made a few mistakes on DFS, however I am willing to learn more about your server and listen to other members, irrespective of rank. To grow and hopefully aid DFS through Digital Marketing (if required), along with providing feedback from users participated in events would be a dream. (As an example, I have provided feedback thorugh the Event Feedback Thread regarding 'The Fiesta de los Muertos' event).
Are you currently a staff member elsewhere? If so, what are your past experiences?
Yes. I have had admin experience for over 6 years in Skub Club, and currently have other mod roles in smaller discord channels. I understand and respect personal discrepancy, and have volunteered in communities like "The Brain Tumor Charity".
There have been numerous cases where people have come to me through DM asking about problems or queries, where I help them without 'over-counseling'. I can not disclose more information about this, in order to respect individual privacy. I make sure not to integrate problems from users as my own, rather follow the pattern of Observation --> Query/Ask --> Help (without over-extending and depending if they want it). My mentality isn't focused on 'roles' or 'titles' but being able to support most users on your platform.
To elaborate on my moderating experiences; there has been a few cases where there would be a dispute between two or more members. My approach is to hear both sides of the argument and to solve this with minimal bias and calmness. Although I may not raise my voice (as it may induce the risk of escalation), I use positive suggestions to present each side through open-mindedness, where a neutral agreement can be bridged.
How active are you on DFS? If you're accepted, how active can you be on DFS?
Quite frequently; I check discord messages and other channels almost daily. There might be some times where I won't be online for one or two days due to my line of work, however I try to be flexible as much as possible.
Have you ever been banned from DFS before?
Nope.avi
Personal Information
Alongside volunteering, I have also been a student representative at university, forming bridges between lecturers and other students. I have explained my agenda above, and understand if I have to wait longer in order to acquire this role, as I would rather gain trust than status.
I am not a serious person and very relaxed. Through personal events I have learnt, overcome and grown. Which is why I would like to seek this opportunity to improve, both in DFS and irl as a Digital Marketing Apprentice.
I have been playing TF2 over 2K hours and main Engineer, Demoknight, Heavy and Medic. However, I am pants at Spy... could someone help?
All links are attached above.

Thank you for considering my application. I hope there is enough information about myself, and the formatting/style of this thread is to your liking! c:
