I'll start off with something simple.
Your activity checks out, the level too, and the format of the application stands fairly correct.
Your behavior shows alot of maturity and considering your experience with moderating, you understand the rules quite well and manage to hold a decent reputation in your hand.
Despite that your first report against windflow was accepted with proof being shown to highlight the threats, staff found out that you were also harassing windflow and that you act toxic in front of him during that time, which could be the reason to him being infuriated from your statements against him, as an example including a bind about cxx indirectly calling out wind, assuming that it's used to provoke windflow.
Knowing how fishy this whole case has gotten, you are also trying to defend yourself by throwing excuses that sometimes would be faintly related to the question, later on you would deflect any blaming instead of reflecting on the information and options that are given to you.
Overall, if this is all that can be known about you, I would give a hard no to your application.
Although knowing that you have a lot of experience with moderating the server, including the fact that you are able to help out with mapping plus being an sound engineer, it gives quite a benefit for an addition to the staff team, which from that point i'd say i would stay on the fence, but due to the recent conflict it's hard to say otherwise.
While you still have the time to adjust the errors that you've made before the applications will be reviewed by Disp, all what's needed from you is to acknowledge the mistakes that were made and accept the responsibility for them without trying to put up with anything and for best act more responsible.
At that point, i will be voting no like most staff members have already changed their opinions about you.
But good luck on apps anyway as long as you still have the time to change.
In regards to your acknowledgement and establishment of your mistakes and actions you've made, i will change my vote to neutral as long as the events will not repeat themselves.
I will be waiting to see the improvement ahead of the time.
