Sincere apologies if it seemed angry, I didn't intend for it to come across as such and just needed a break away from things in order to sort some things out. Our main concerns are your behaviour and low activity on the servers. We're concerned that you aren't mature enough for the role and that you aren't active enough on the servers to do the job.
If your attitude improves and you become more active on the servers, I'm sure you'll have a better chance next time!
