Christmas of 2018 is here, and Christmas means one thing... Presents! Rest assured, we've been working hard to bring you all a big haul of gifts this winter, so let's dive in and get unwrapping!
Let us start with:
A new Winter event! Starting today and until January 21st, all XP and Credit drops are TRIPLED!
Everyone who joins during this event will receive free DFS gifts! You will receive a bronze/silver/gold/diamond DFS giftbox depending on your DFS level!

+ New Campaign: Winter Festivities!
+ Campaign Pass can be bought in the Guild Store as usual.
+ Updated Campaigns to no longer have an "Active Mission" state. All Missions can be completed at the same time!
+ Updated Quest System!
+ Reworked Tier System:
+ Players are now only eligible to have access to one tier only. If you accept a new Quest, the tier will be matched with your current Rank's tier.
+ Already existing Quests won't change their tier nor their associated requirements & rewards, if the player reached a new tier.
+ Removed Tier 1-4 sections from the Quest Board, and replaced with a single "Daily Quest" section.
+ Tier 2+ Quests were reset as a drawback. We apologize for the inconvenience.
+ Mercenary Point (MEP) rewards have been greatly increased as a compensation for the changes above and to make leveling easier.
+ Added a /campaign and a /mission(s) command shortcut.
+ Updated Quest Menu Interface, including but not only:
+ New UI look.
+ The actual amount of Bloodcoins earned from each Quest is now displayed properly.
+ Removed the "Accept new Quest" and "Reroll Quest" buttons from the Quest Infos. These options now require manual input to prevent accidential reroll.
+ Added and updated Quests:
+ Renamed "First-Aid" to "Heal" Quest.
+ Renamed "Damage" to "Hard Hitter" Quest.
+ Added a new "First-Aid" Quest, which requires 1000 heal points done per life.
+ Added a new "Damage" Quest, which counts the total amount of damage dealt.
+ Added a new "Defense" Quest, which counts the total amount of damage absorbed.

+ The AuctionHouse is now available to every member of the Mercenary Guild!
The Rank 10 requirement is now only required if people want to sell items. Browsing and buying is available to Rank 1 members.

+ Winter Holidays are back! Bringing a snow-filled theme, along with Mystery Gifts that replace Credit Collectibles.
+ Disabled rtd usage during the Boss Survival Battle.
+ Fixed server freezing for a couple seconds on round start.
+ Fixed Snatcher sometimes skipping stages during battle.
+ Fixed certain sound files being corrupted if the sound.cache wasn't cleared manually after the recent map update.
== Super Zombie Fortress changelog: ==
* Added screen overlay effect for when standing in a Scout's goo ball.
* Adjusted morale formula to give more morale if the killer has low amounts of morale.
* Survivors will now always receive a minimum of 3 morale for each kill.
* Adjusted HUD position of morale.
* As a Survivor, you can now see your movement speed.
** This is added to the same part of the HUD which displays weapon cooldowns.
* Adjusted HUD position of weapon cooldowns.
* Increased the possible minimum amount the Infected's damage can decrease to.
* Damage calculations will treat control point captures as less of an incremental factor towards total Infected damage scale.
* Increased fall-off in Infected's damage when a Survivor dies.

* The website is struck by a snowstorm! Until February 1st, the website will display falling, non-intrusive snow, which moves with your mouse cursor.
* Added daily credits, when visiting the website every 24 hours you will receive a sum of credits for use inside our servers!
** Gold Members and VIPs will receive more credits from website dailies.
* Profile pages now display Blood Coins / Mercenary Guild Rank, if applicable.
* Profile pages' layout has been modified to streamline specific elements.
* Added the "Major Updates" (named Updates) section, in there you can see all of the past big updates that have been released on DFS if you are interested in knowing about them / want to read about them again on any given time.
* The previous instance of the Updates section has been renamed to "Announcements", in there you can see a few of the past announcements posted on our Steam group page.
* When logging in with Steam, your login will last up to 20 days. Do note that (automatically) cleaning cookie s / running incognito mode will reset your login session.
* Moved "Donate" section to the right of the navigation bar.
* Events will no longer show up in the "Announcements" section.
* Added a notification system to the website, these will be displayed on the top right of the website just below the navigation bar.

- Fixed the Rules popup kicking players from the server in some rare cases, you will no longer get kicked for not closing the rules popup.
