Hello, I am EvanInkling. I am a 17 year old Splatoon SFM artist and an active player on DFS. I have been playing on the DFS servers for around 3 years now, and I thought I would be a great addition to the staff team. Let's get started, shall we?

How long have you been on DFS? I'd say I've been on for around 3 years at this point.
Which region are you from? The east coast of The United States.
Which position are you applying for? I'm applying to become a server moderator.
What is your DFS level? I am currently level 104.
Why do you want to become a staff member? To help other players and to make the server a more fun place! I would also like to take some weight off of the other hard-working server moderators.
Are you currently a staff member somewhere else? No, but I have past experience.
What are your past experiences as staff? I used to be staff members on various Minecraft servers, but I retired when I left the community.
How active are you on DFS? I usually try to get on the server every time I play TF2, which means around 2-5 times every week. I am most active on the weekends, but I am also available on weekdays after 4 PM EST.
Have you ever been banned on DFS? Nope, and if my memory serves me right, I don't think I've even been kicked! (I have received a mute however, but that was a few years back.)
Any other personal information that would be helpful? I am slightly autistic, but I don't think that would really be a problem. I also have a decent PC, if that'll be of any help...

The format seems good-to-go, level checks in, grammar is good, but I do somewhat recall seeing a mute fitted on you. Though it must've been wiped a while ago. But for activity-wise, I haven't personally seen you on the servers besides one time these past days, it could just be timezones as usual. And perhaps you're just on the US servers as that's where you got better ping. Past moderation skills comes in handy if you ever get accepted.

The application looks good despite the few flaws I pointed out. Good luck!

Your application looks excellent, nothing to complain about here. :>

3 years seems to me like a good amount of history with DFS, and your level backs it up, being level 104. I've seen you quite a fair bit on the servers, and you're a pretty nice guy to talk to, as well as being seemingly active. Your reason for being staff could be expanded upon, but helping others is something that I like to see. Past experience as staff is also really good, even if they were on Minecraft, since you know how moderation works. No bans shows that you're a real good person who doesn't break many rules.

Overall, I'd be vouching for a yes. Good luck out there!

Your application looks pretty good, you've been on DFS for quite some time and you have a good level to show for it.

You also seem to be very active, although your reason for wanting to join the staff is very good, it's a bit on the short side.

Indications of appreciation for what the role entails would be useful, but you do have prior experience to draw from, which is great.

Not a whole lot for me to say that the others haven't already, application looks nicely formatted and your activity is pretty nice. Your reason for becoming a staff member is somewhat weak and generic though to be honest, I'd give a more detailed one.

I haven't seen you around much and your level seems a little low for 3 years. I've seen a few times where you don't listen when you're told something, and from what I've seen you have a habit of not listening when a staff member tells you not to do something. Your reasoning seems great but your general attitude towards others seems a little lacking. I think it can be improved upon though, but until then I'm gonna have to say no

Decent level and decent application, however like Leafpad pointed out, your attitude has been a problem several times and I'm afraid it would become problematic if you were a staff member.
I'm gonna have to say no until there are signs of improvement regarding that.

The fact that your attitude has been a problem in the past as well as you having the tendency to not listen to staff raises several questions with how you would properly utilize the position of Moderator.

I'm sure things are bound to change, but from what I've seen I'm not sure if you're up to the task that is required to moderate a server.

After have been watching your activity on DFS, I have come to the conclusion that you aren't fit for the role as the inconsistency between you joining the servers really gives me the impression that you've lost the motivation to be on the servers, even if you have been on as recent as 16 days ago from the time this post was made. I'm sorry, but if you want to have a chance at becoming a moderator, you must build a reputation, befriend the staff and show promising activities.

Thanks for applying! Unfortunately, we've chosen to decline your application.

As other staff members have pointed out in this thread, your attitude problems don't paint you as a trustworthy Server Moderator, and your low activity isn't good enough for the job.
If you address these problems by improving your behaviour and being more active on the servers, I'm sure you'll have a better chance next time!
