i am sorry for being rude to you limey and i accidentally sent 2 reports instead of 1 not knowing the 1st report went through i have changed since i was banned and i promises i wont mess it up this time i will carefully read the rules twice to make sure i don't miss anything i will not be rude to admins or any players i will mute the player if they start to annoy me as i said im sorry and i will not repeat actions
do consider that several(5 in this case) months have passed since the ban and he's apologising and promising to avoid repeating the same mistakes
also the ban template is being followed correctly now
personally I believe that a several month ban properly appealed should be solid ground for unbanning, especially since repeat offenders will just be banned if they choose to cause trouble again.
I'll be honest here, even though you made your appeal look nice and all, making 3 of them are lessening your chances. I mean, both of them were moved to 'Rejected', so why make another one when the staff have clearly stated their opinions on your first and second one?
Also, not to sound mean or anything, but I've changed my opinion based on what I've seen from you. Calling people rude, complaining and breaking rules 6 and 10 on the Discord server makes it unlikely that we would want you back. Perhaps you could wait a couple of weeks to revise your appeal and perfect it, so we could consider it.
Remember to not give up since people who were perma'd before have been given a second chance here. But for now, I'm going to have to say no, sorry.
EDIT: I, however, would like your perma to be reduced to a month though.

Ignoring the event that went down in the welcome-channel, and the fact your English is not as good, I fairly understand what you mean, but please be more aware and thoughtful before you shamelessly insult our staff members.
Staying neutral. Either yes or no, but shifting towards yes when you truly mean it for your apology.
I'd like to go back to the first appeal where Limeball posted something that you had said before you made the first appeal. Correct me if I'm wrong but from what I've heard about the story, you were banned for 1 day for !calladmin abuse, you then went into Limeball's DMs and were rather immature about it. This got you perma'd. You came back about 7 months later, joined the Steam Group, and said that an admin had treated you badly, when in fact that admin was just doing their job. After that didn't work you made a ban appeal, with poor grammar, and didn't even follow the structure of the report. It actually looks to me like you didn't even take the time to look at the formatting given when making your first appeal. When you learned that the first appeal was rejected you immediately made another one. This time only somewhat following the format, yet still with improper grammar and not very many if any improvements over your last appeal. This tells me you didn't even listen to what everyone that posted on your appeal had said. Also, from what else I've heard during this whole debacle you've been going around to different mods' PMs and asking- no, scratch that, bothering them about it. I don't think you've learned anything since you were first perma'd. My response is and until you can prove that you've matured and changed will be a big, fat "No."
It took three separate tries to get the ban appeal format right. It should have been done the first time, but at the request of CzApA, I'll judge this one.
I personally find it hard to believe that you've learned and improved since being banned - poor formatting and grammar aside, your first appeal was made after making comments in the Steam Group Chat that make it seem like you still blame me for what happened. If you haven't learned to accept responsibility over the past 7 months as those messages imply, I do not believe you could learn to accept responsibility over a day.
In addition, you've already failed to fulfill your promise to pay better attention to the rules, considering your first and only action in the DFS Discord Server was to break Rules 6 and 10.
However, I believe I have been too harsh on appealing players in the past. Although you have given me cause for serious doubt, I remain on the fence at best.
