Alright, first off, not to sound rude or anything, but taking a good look at this will help us, as it will provide the necessary information that we need: dfs.boards.net/thread/1526/creating-ban-appeal-thread. Not to mention that it will make this appeal look real nice and tidy. Secondly, the rules are easily discarded when you join, just press 1, and they're gone. I'd be a bit careful with that, since they are very important. You could have also used /guide to freshen up on the rules as well if you accidentally discarded them.
Also, this is classed as a 'Micspam Server, so you're going to have to cope with all these fancy people showing off with their HLDJ/SLAM/VAC software. It's best to use /admins to see who is on the server before initiating a call to us. I understand that nobody likes being banned from servers, but you need to learn how to keep your cool. Venting about your ban to a Moderator isn't going to do you any good, as it will only lengthen the time.
Honestly, I'd have mixed feelings about this, but tidy up your appeal, and we'll consider if you're eligible enough to come back. Don't feel bad though, even the most troublesome people have been given a second chance. Just promise not to harass anyone over DM's or on Steam if they punish you for breaking a rule. Sorry, but it's our job.

I have to agree with Hades, your grammar and spelling are very poor, it definitely doesn't give you a good image. Moreover, the rules are not there to look pretty, they help making the server a better place to play. Going into a community server without even a glance on the rules may lead to that kind of event. Unless you tidy up your appeal, it's gonna be a fat no.
Please, if you make a ban appeal or anything here again, make sure that your grammar and spelling are in check. If it's not right then a red bar will appear underneath it. Onto the topic at hand, don't get mad at a moderator for moderating. That is their job and what they applied to do. Don't abuse !calladmin. The Rules tell you what happens when you do and every now and then a chat message comes up saying the consequences of doing it as well. Hades summed up everything short and sweet so I'm gonna have to say "No" as well.

With how your grammar is right off the bat this isn't gonna be so good, to add to this you also got upset at a staff member for doing their job properly and abused calladmin with the reasoning of "it didn't work properly". Not only that but you were also rather toxic to Lime in his DMs and generally being an asshole. Sorry or not, I don't wanna hear it. This is a firm no from me as well.
I'm gonna have to say no to this one as firstly, the obvious one: The grammar is making it quite look like you don't take this thing seriously.
Secondly: you brought this upon yourself when you agreed to the ToS of DFS. Anything broken within those rules can lead to punishment. But you're one of those people who don't take time to think twice before accepting the rules.
Thirdly: /calladmin is the most punishing thing if you ever abuse it. And we have a history of /calladmin abusers being banned for perhaps days to weeks to months. Besides, it says right here you've been acting toxic to the staff members in their PMs, so we can't trust you even more to get unbanned.
Come back when you have a better grammar and proper apology.
