I played on DFS on and off back in 2012/2013 but haven't really kept it up after that.

Why do you want to become a staff member?
After helping to fix some issues and writing a couple plugins for the servers I got a good feel of what the community is like nowadays and would like to do more in the future.

No.

Not too much apart from my own smaller servers and communities that I've ran and moderated over the years.
How active are you on DFS? If you're accepted, how active can you be on DFS?
Pretty much inactive but I'll definitely be more active on the servers as I work on them.

Even if I'm not an active member of DFS and my interest in TF2 is not where it once was, I've been aware of the community for a long time and I do spend a lot of my free time working on servers or tinkering with source stuff.
Generally I'd say I'm pretty patient and enjoy learning new things though.
You can find some of the features I've worked on live on the servers, such as bonemerge and visible custom weapons, as well as some smaller fixes and tweaks to different gamemodes.
