As it stands, I feel as if you took the rules out of context. It isn’t meant to disrupt others but to have fun. However, fun is subjective yes, it doesn’t excuse the fact that you were told to stop and kept going. To further this, from what I read, you spammed the chat as well. It's a big ol no from me since you were told to stop but still kept going as well as thinking that most of the items and fun things on DFS were meant to annoy and disrupt others when it's meant to have fun with other players and have a good time.

Firstly, please don't try to start anything in your appeal, since it's more likely to be rejected.
Secondly, I don't think that I was a Moderator back when you spammed those Saxton's, so I couldn't really do anything.

Anyway, while I would be fine with Saxton spams, other people seem to find it annoying. Not many people like their ears blown out by constant cheering that occurs every time the gift is used. Also, it clogs up the chat, which can interrupt conversations between people and any orders given by the staff.

When you returned later after the kick, you decided to go a bit too far by using 6 Megaphones while using VC. We all know that Megaphones are loud items that can be heard from all people in the server, but using 6 in a row seems a tad too much. Also, the "You can't stop the spam!" that was said sounds like a bit of cockiness to me which most staff don't tolerate with.
Sorry to say, but I'd stick with this ban, and I hope that you don't be such a smartass the next time you come here.

Over all of your attitude and your ban appeal:
Contradictions, cockyness, desperate to getting yourself unbanned by using DFS' most popular series as an argumentation, and whole lot of provoking the staff for having opinions about that.

We don't want your kind here unless you really wanna show you can improve and by waiting out your ban as a "good boy"

The fact you're trying to find loopholes and lawyer your way out of a ban on the ban appeal itself, even after addressing that trying to do so is covered in the rules says an awful lot, really. Not to mention showing a clear lack of regard for the rules by coming onto the Discord and breaking Rule 10.

Everything I could choose to address has been addressed already. Wait out your ban.

Locked and denied.

Rather than trying to find any way out of your ban that you possibly can, maybe accept the fact that you were being a bit of an asshole in the eyes of everyone on the server by continuing what you were doing rather than stopping. I suggest you learn from this experience and cease what you're doing when you're told to, because continuing only makes your punishment harsher.

Oh, and for future reference, don't come to the discord to complain about your ban and insult the other staff. You're just going to dig yourself into a deeper grave that way.
