Hello, before I start my application, I would like to introduce myself. I am EvanInkling! I am a huge fan of all things Splatoon and Team Fortress 2! I am an avid user of SFM and I'm always willing to take requests! I am in my senior year of high-school, and I am currently taking college courses in web design. I am usually quite a laid back and relaxed guy, but I CAN be quite serious if need be.
Anyways, let's get started, shall we?
When did you join DFS?: Mid-2016
Location?: United States of America
Which position are you applying for?: Server Moderator
What is your DFS level?: Level 100
Why do you want to become a staff member?: I want to become a staff member to protect this server's reputation and make it a more enjoyable place for everyone!
Do you have any past experience?: I have been a staff member on multiple Minecraft servers in my time before I joined the TF2 community.
Are you currently moderating any TF2 servers?: When it comes to TF2, not currently.
How active are you?: I'm usually online around 6 hours on weekdays, and 10-12 hours on weekends.
Is there anything personal that would help your case?: I'm slightly autistic, but I don't think it would be a major problem.

If you could reorganize your application to where it reflects a more organized fashion, I think that would help better your chances. Its not exactly hard to follow, but it would be much easier listing out specific points in your application.
People who have their CVs structured like this don't get jobs. Why should we be any different?
Because we're a TF2 server not an actual workplace
Like Mac said, definitely need to format your application better and add more info where possible, I'd take a look at other people's applications and try to get a feel for how they format them, or just follow the guide here:
You've been around for quite some time and while Level 100 might be a little on the low side for someone who's been on DFS for that long, it still shows a decent amount of activity, as you've mentioned in your application.
Your reason for wanting to join is quite short, but it's good regardless. Previous moderation experience is very helpful, and your activity sounds very good.
