Sorry, but I'm going to have to say no to this one. You haven't been around for too long and your low level reflects that. In addition, your reason for wanting to join the staff doesn't show any understanding of the role or its responsibilities.
Your activity is fairly good, but the rest of your application fails to meet the standard I want to see for a staff applicant. If you keep up your activity to get to a more trustworthy level and put more thought into making a more detailed and well thought out application next time, I think you'll be in with a shot.
Gonna have to say no to this one as well unfortunately. Poor grammar, poorly formatted application, a very weak reason for joining staff, and a very low level for applying as well. On top of this, your answers to the application questions come off dangerously close to role-playing, which is very unprofessional for a staff application. In total, I'd say touch up on your grammar and come back for next year's applications once you've increased your level.
