Heres my ban appeal for the ban i got back in '17.

Reason provided for ban

Disrespecting staff, HARASSING staff, Racism, generally a person we do not want here anymore.

Proof of innocence

Alright, so, I'm not gonna try to lie and say that i didn't do it, but if you can find it in your heart to give me another chance to prove that im not that bad of a guy, i would greatly appreciate it.
I don't know what was up with me that day to treat you guys so disrespectfully, but if i could go back i would do anything in my power to not get on my pc to unleash my anger on innocent people on the server and apologize to all the people i've hurt with my foul language. I would be happy to get back on the server so i can enjoy all the fun gamemodes and maps with the tf2 community. You guys have my word that i'll behave in a much more mannered and mature way that way i wouldn't have been banned in the first place. This server is a fun place to hang around so i hope the ban will be lifted, i personally think i learned my lesson and i promise i'll be an asset instead of a nuissance.

Need we remind you of this? The last time you "learned your lesson" and said you "wouldn't do it again" you were toxic and acted shitty towards the people commenting on your appeal. People don't always get second chances, but you threw away your chance when you decided to pitch a fit in your first ban appeal.

While your appeal reason is decent and it seems like you may have learned you lesson somewhat, I'm still going to decline this appeal. The issue here is that what you've said goes beyond simple server and staff disrespect and into straight-up racism and xenophobia. Like Kaz quoted in his post:

This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for a decent chance at getting back into the server. Not to mention that on top of this you've already been given a second chance before like Mac said.

Oh, and not to mention how you acted when your original ban appeal was declined:

Considering your completely immature behavior, failure to learn from your mistakes, and your bigotry towards other players solely due to their nationality, my vote is a plain and simple NO.
