Well here we go.
A long time ago, well not a long time ago, janurary of this month, I was permabanned by the Admin Goldomond. The reason was that I had been given a shocking '5' banns in the past for toxicity and overspam and as this is my first ban appeal Im pretty sure it isnt as well typed as other people's in the past but Im just writing to say I do apologise for those stupid moments and im pretty sure a lot of people will hate me.. a lot for it.

I was known in the past as 'James Bond 007' at the time but have recently changed it to Jeremy Clarkson. steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198159104362/

And In my case I feel that I need a second chance in order to prove myself I CAN behave in a more grown up and sensible maner and to be totally honest, I kind of miss going on the server because I just love all the different games you can play and do.
If my ban is rejected, I would be dissapointed but if it turns out to be that then I dont blame the admins or whoever will read this.

In the past on this forum, Ive taken some time to read a few people's apeals and I cant really seem to find any whos had a worse of a punishment than mine. Ive seen people get banned for as long as a few weeks, even a month at least but not permabanned.

now i hope this is enough proof because i have no idea how to check for more in the forum as this is literally my first appeal and wouldnt know overwise as i have seen more proof on other people's ban apeals

Now I know this isnt as well thought as most people's apeals but I do hope this will be enough

Lastly, I cant deem to think how annoying Ive been to other user's in the past on the server especialy to admins but if i did have a second chance I will apologise on my behalf to any admin whos on board for my past behavour and will give it my best to stick to the rules of things and just have a good time at the end of the day because as i said before, I do miss playing on there at times and ive made some pretty good friends, and some enemies I can imagine.

so finger's crossed, if not then goodbye forever i guess.

Despite the apologies, you were banned for valid reasons. But I digress, I haven’t seen you a lot besides a few times here and there, so I haven’t seen your behaviour personally (unless I have, but forgot about it). And typical argumentation of you saying you felt remorsal and have changed is not convincing considering this a permaban which takes a lot more than an apology to fix. But as I’m not a moderator, I can only say you COULD get a second chance by having a week to see if you stay true to what you’re claiming of a “changed” attitude. Again, I’m not the one making the call as I’m stating personal experiences and what most of the staff members would say besides the ones who banned you in the first place. But let’s see what the higherups has got to say.

For clarification, here are what the bans say exactly:

First ban: 30 minutes - Admin disrespect, toggle friendly next time idiot.
Second ban: 2 weeks - Repetitive disrespect despite warnings, punishment evasion attempt.
Third ban: 3 days - Several mutes and gags, earrape, not listening to staff.
Fourth ban: 1 week Violating micspam rules for the 16th time (permamute is not far away), clear disregard for server rules.
Fifth (and final) ban: Permanent - Was permabanned before, permamuted, known for toxicity and overspam.

I vehemently believe that you do not deserve another chance from us ever again. You show complete disregard for the server rules and staff, and there is more than enough proof to suggest that your behaviour will never improve.

Comparing yourself to other incidents isn't the smartest idea because you have messed up big time, albeit all I can say is that it takes more than words to convince most of our staff here.

From my side, I would be willing to give you another shot, and I wish you to take that chance to heart and prove that what you mean in your appeal.

You were banned for a reason. You had plenty of warnings before the perma-ban but you acted like they never even existed. You treated things as if they were jokes and mostly blaming others, including the servers staff, for your own actions. The mute list is huge, even if you were to somehow get unbanned, thing's like your Perma Mute aren't gonna be dropped for tons of reasons. I'm sorry, but, no. I personally wouldn't want you unbanned for all the reasons that you are banned in the first place.

If you're aware that your appeal has poor spelling and grammar, I have to question why you haven't fixed that. If you're aware of it, you should surely be aware of the poor impression it makes.

While I have trouble believing the sincerity of this appeal, given the number of mutes and bans you accumulated, you do seem genuine in your desire to put the behaviour that lead to them in the past.

I'm on the fence. For aforementioned reasons, I can't wholeheartedly believe you and the poor grammar, spelling and punctuation makes it seem like you're not taking this seriously enough.

Sounds good enough, me and the rest of the staff have decided to give you another chance and have unbanned you from the servers.

However, if you mess up and ruin your chances again, you won't be getting another chance after this.
