How long have you been playing DFS/When did you start playing?
I'm not completely sure when exactly I stared, but all I know is that I started playing two years ago.
What region are you from?
From the United States, in California.
Which position are you applying for?
Moderator, because I don't know Source's code language, mostly because I only know some C#.
What is your DFS level?
105, but if I didn't get my headphones taken away by my sister, it'd be higher, probably around 120-ish.
Why do you want to become a staff member?
Mostly the fact that I want to make sure that the servers are a good environment to play in.
Are you currently a Staff Member anywhere?
Discord Moderator on two servers I shall not name, Block Party Steam Group Officer/Former Game Admin.
What are your past experiences as a staff member.
It depends on where that experience lies. If it is anywhere in general, I'd say that it was surprisingly calm in the game I was a former Admin in, but there was this one guy who made the co-owner of the server angry to the point where they were yelling. Due to their offending nature, I decided to kick them, and when they came back to do it again, it was a permanent ban. (The rules there were different compared to here.)
How active are you on DFS? If you're accepted, how active can you be on DFS?
I'd usually be there at least 3 days a week if I were to play casually during a school year, but in the summer, play a lot more often, at around 5 days a week. If I were accepted, I'd probably be about as active as I normally would unless it were urgent. (But don't count my game's loading time to be the best, as it takes a while for me to load on this craptop.)
Have you been banned from DFS before? If so, why?
No, I have not been banned once, but I have been kicked once for spawnkilling over a year ago.

i've seen you quite a bit and well you do seem like a good member, enough to maybe become a mod

BUT the catch is i remember you tend to be close to breaking rules quite a lot (mainly micspamming rules)

if you can improve on that you may have a chance to get in

Your level and overall activity is definitely impressive, as I believe I've seen you on the server many times before. It's also good to see that you've had past experience as a moderator as well. I can't say exactly where you lie in overall attitude towards moderation, but considering (based on what you've said in your application) that you've only had to ban around one person, it seems you aren't quick to ban and can be reasonable when the time calls for it. However, your application could definitely use more work as it's quite short, and your reasoning for becoming a staff member is very generic and uninspired. I'm unsure if you've broken or come close to breaking rules before, so I can't say much on that end (except that I remember you constantly spamming Jojo voice lines, which quickly became somewhat repetitive and annoying).

That aside however, good luck on the application!

Your application seems to be fairly short and your reasoning is vague and generic. I would recommend reworking some parts here and there, otherwise, it looks fine in my eyes.

As Solid said, you tend to break micspam rules a bit too often for my liking, so that's another aspect I would improve yourself on

I understand where all of you are coming from, and I have in fact been muted at least four times for breaking those rules. I do intend on improving my behavior so that I could become a better candidate, but doing that alone won't necessarily get me to be a part of the team.

As for my application, I designed it to be simple enough to give a quick evaluation so that reviewing one application doesn't take half an hour. As for the "generic" response, it was more or less the way I speak online, just throwing that out so that you can evaluate me further. Regardless, thanks for the evaluations as I respect all opinions that are made here, whether negative or not.
