How long have you been on DFS?/When have you started playing on DFS? - I believe I started on roughly November 26th 2016.

Which region are you from?
- I come and still live in the United States of America.

Which position are you applying for? (Server Moderator, Developer) - I'm applying for Moderator.

Your DFS level - Level 184 and as a bonus I have 609 hours on DFS after Halloween 2017.

Why do you want to become a staff member? - To help make the server a better place and to make sure that nobody breaks the rules.

Are you currently a staff member elsewhere? - No

Past experiences as a staff member
? - I was a paid admin here at DFS at I believe late 2016 and early 2017.

How active are you on DFS? If you're accepted, how active can you be on DFS? - Currently I play every single day however the amount of time I play on those days depends on the maps chosen and if I want to play another game, If I get accepted I think I should stay the same in activity, but with a bit more because of me kinda having 1.5 jobs.

Have you ever been banned from DFS before? If so, why? - I remember being banned 2 times, one for abusing and the other for command spamming.

. - I guess I could be that person who plays at 10:PM EST when literally no other mod ever plays, I also have some anger issues so that might be a negative.

While level and activity are great, I don't know if you'd be fit for a mod position here considering your attitude in the servers and how quick you are to anger (all caps ranting comes to mind very quickly). On top of this, you have no previous experience as a mod besides paid admin and your two previous bans both seem to point to abusing said role, so unless you've significantly grown as a person since then, I'm going to have to say no.

Nonetheless, good luck on your mod application

Edit: Also, you mentioned that you "don't know shit about moderating" which definitely doesn't help your chances of your application getting accepted

I'll be honest, your behaviour in the not-too-distant past makes me doubt how well you'd suit the role of Moderator. You're very active and well-known, but I don't think your actions in the past make you seem responsible enough for the job.

In addition, your existing ban for abuse and your comment on Afterstormer's application, as mentioned by Strello, both further make you look like a poor candidate for a Moderator position.

Best of luck, but I will have to give my two cents on this one as a no.

While you are very active and well known in the servers, seeing your behaviour makes me doubt whether you would make a good moderator. Your recent comment about 'not knowing shit about moderating' and seemingly not owning up to the bans you mentioned here, also makes me think you might be a poor candidate for moderator. You have a tendency to get mad easily in the servers and how easily you go in all caps, which makes me think you're not responsible enough for the position.

Unfortunately this one is a no from me.
