Extremely active, I see you on the servers very often, which is very good. A very level-headed person, is very helpful, and is overall a very nice person to be around. I think you made a very good addition to the staff team, no doubting that.
You might want to work on being "too soft" as mentioned in your application. Beyond that however, you definitely seem to know the responsibilities a moderator has in the servers, and the attitude one should have.

Overall a very good application, but you need to work on hesitation in punishing rule breakers and keeping order as mentioned here. Being nice to people is definitely a plus, but you also need to learn when to be more strict and take action against rule breakers as soon as possible. Other than that, you'd make a fine staff member, and it's a yes from me. Best of luck to you!
