I've decided to make this thread to inform users about the bosses currently available, as well as give credit where it's due for the bosses themselves.
This list will help you figure out what kind of boss they are, where they come from, how to counter them, and more.
Post in this thread only for questions regarding the bosses (suggestions falls into the Suggestions category), otherwise only updates will be posted by me to notify users.

The boss types will be seperated like so :
- Chaser : These bosses will run after you, and attack you.
- Stalker : These bosses will stand still and looking at them/being in their field of view will give you "static", after enough "static", you will die. (Static affects how much your screen is shaking.)
- Paranoia : These bosses will stand still, letting them see you for too long will cause them to run towards you and kill you.
- Proxy : These bosses summon minions controlled by other players which can hurt you.
- Statue : These bosses will not move until you blink, or look away from them.
Retro Isabelle

Static rate : Medium (0.4 static/s)
Intro sound : "Fetch me their souls!" From Black Ops Zombies, followed by Isabelle sounds, and music in the background.
Idle sound : Loud echoing Isabelle sounds.
Attack sound : Bionic Sound Effect from "The Six Million Dollar Man" followed by an echoing slap sound.
Kill sound : Echoing slap sound.
Static theme : Lost Years - Storm
Countered by : Demoman, Soldier, Heavy.
Tips : When you hear her, try to get an idea of where she is, she will go away eventually if you're not in her view. She has the lowest static rate out of all the bosses so you should be fine as any of her counters, especially Heavy.

Tips : If you see him, back up immediately and don't let him see you. As long as he doesn't see you he will not move in to attack you. He will disappear eventually. If you don't hear him anymore, chances are he teleported away. Spy is the ultimate counter to Paranoia bosses as you can cloak and move out of the way if you are spotted, keep in mind you have this get out of jail free card only twice, so use it wisely.

Special note : Will jumpscare you when he is near you which will add 0.4 static, and builds 1 static/s when looking at him or when near him.

Tips : Obunga is a much harder version of the original Slenderman boss, he makes no sounds and it can be very hard to survive him to the point where Heavy is almost a necessity if you don't want your static to reach 100 instantly. Make sure to play carefully and not accidentally rush straight into him. His jumpscares will indicate the fact he's very close to you.
Rat King

Tips : Having at least 1 other player with you is a good idea in case you get swarmed by the proxies. If you really need to, you can juke the boss by tricking him into starting an attack, then immediately running away from that attack, since his attack isn't instant, and he has the attack delay afterwards.

Tips : Snatcher can be a tricky boss to survive considering he has the Hat Ghost with him. Snatcher has a pretty big model as well as idle sounds which you can use to your advantage to avoid him. However if he sees you, run away and try to break line of sight as soon as you can, since he builds up static as long as you're in his view. Make sure Hat Ghost doesn't sneak up on you either (Refer to Hat Ghost's Tips)
Hat Ghost

Tips : Hat Ghost by herself isn't a big threat, however she's very dangerous when paired with Snatcher due to how she works. If you hear a giggle, turn around immediately, because there is a very high chance she is right behind you. If you keep her in your view, she will not move, however the moment you look away from her, she will move towards you and potentially kill you if she's too close, she will also move if you blink. If she spawns alone, Sniper can be very helpful by keeping her distracted since he has a longer blink rate, or simply give you a better chance of survival in any situation against her.

Special note : Will perform a 6 seconds long animation on every hit (which is a guaranteed kill) during which he won't move from his position.

Tips : Same as Shia, Alex & Jack, make sure to use corners as much as you can when running away from him. Mr. X is a hard boss compared to the other chaser bosses. However you can use his 6 seconds long animation after killing someone as an advantage to either run away from him or run past him safely.
Queen Vanessa

Tips : Vanessa works like Snatcher, except she doesn't have Hat Ghost, her model isn't huge, she blends in with the darkness (except for her two red glowing eyes) and her idle sounds play rarely. The moment you see her/she sees you, run away and don't let the static kill you. She is very slow so you don't have to worry about her chasing you, just make sure there is no line of sight between you and her. Heavy can be helpful for the static, Demoman can be helpful to run away from her.

Special note : Can take aim and shoot a harpoon at you, pulling you towards him. You will be stunned during that time and the only way to be saved is by a teammate hitting you.

Tips : Deathslinger is not a hard boss to fight against especially with lots of obstacles between you and him. Being hit with his harpoon is the only thing you have to fear and you'll need someone near you to help you with it in case you can't break line of sight, which is where Demo or Spy could be useful, you can try to go as far away from him as possible or you can cloak if you're in an open area and you know he's going to take aim.
Jeff

Attack rate : No delay (0 seconds)
Attack damage : Instant Kill
Special note : Has a 2.5 seconds long Deathcam animation that will play when he catches a player, the animation will play in first person and third person, which means he has a 2.5 seconds delay before moving on to another target. Can also spill oil to slow you down. This boss is very sensistive to sounds.
Boss Speed : 330 Hu/s
Intro Sound : Gate opening sound + Jeff screaming in the distance
Idle, Chasing & Alert sounds : Jeff's sounds from Half Life: Alyx
Countered by : Demoman, Spy, Not spamming voice commands.
Tips : Jeff works exactly like you think he would: He will notice if you make any sort of noise (including your flashlight) and if he catches you it's game over for you. This boss is a good reminder that noise attracts bosses and you shouldn't run around spamming voice commands for no reason. Spy can be a good choice for Jeff considering the Spy makes less noise than any other class. If you do get chased by Jeff, Demoman can help you make distance, and if you're playing Spy, you can try to cloak away from danger, you could even use the cloak for sneaking past Jeff if you feel like taking that risk.
