Ban Reason: Past command abuse and using commands to avoid punishment, chat spam, being a general annoyance and not learning from past mistakes.

Proof of innocence : I Didn't Know That I can't Use @ To Talk While I am Gagged Also I have Got Gagged Without any warning. or even telling me that using @ to talk while muted is breaking the rules.

i already know that everyone has waited to this moment to come so they can't get annoyed by me anymore. I hope you forgive me for every Disturbance
that i have ever done before. i know that my appeal won't get accepted. i just typed that to say sorry to everyone that i have ever disturbed him.

There is a thing called common goddamn sense in case you haven't heard of it. If you were gagged, then you should not have tried to circumvent that. That's extremely obvious punishment avoidance, and not just any sort of punishment avoidance, but avoidance where you decided to abuse your own donor status and special perks that came with it in order to gain extremely unfair powers in that regard.
Tell me, do we have to tell you every single thing that you are and are not allowed to do? Anybody with a brain can figure out what they probably shouldn't do, and that what you were doing is clear gag avoidance, donor abuse, and rule breaking. This is just unacceptable, and this is an absolutely terrible excuse that you gave us.

I'm voting no on this ban appeal. We gave you so many chances I lost count. At this point, I think it's fairly clear that you're not ever gonna listen to the staff so I don't see why I should bother giving you another chance.
I'm honestly sick of you giving us so much goddamn trouble. I've heard and experienced literally nothing but trouble from you, you brought this upon yourself.

Edit: This video proves nothing except that you got gagged for a legitimate reason and that you decided to abuse your donor powers immediately afterwards.

As someone with moderating powers you should know avoiding punishment is strictly forbidden though, you're not new to this at all and you've seen countless bans happen including avoiding punishment/gags, like Calico said it's common sense, part of the most popular ban reasons, and it's your fault for acting so irresponsible, Umbreon muted you and rather than waiting it out or privately asking him like a reasonable player would you instead instantly thought of bypassing it, so the responsibility is entirely upon you.

You've been repeatedly warned about abusing and your behavior in general in the past, you've never listened and the only option left is a ban. Sorry but i'd rather see you stay banned, this has gone on for way too long, and this is too much.

Also thanks for blowing my eardrums with that unedited "EXTREMELY Painful Sound" at 17:27, nothing better than a little earrape to accompany something that "proves your innocence".
