1: Playing in the server since May, 2016. So for me im playing here for 13 months "But i don't remember in which day I played this server first time aaa"
2: Level 121, Regular Member.
3: To defend the server from any cancer, toxic memes, bad quality micspams, and everything what it's not allowed here and what im used to hate here. "well im admin atm, so give me a time for the moderator when my admin will ran out"
5: Im experiencing administrator today and for the entire month, so when my admin finishes, i'll update this and tell the experiences of being it.
6: Don't really remember that... But i think i didn't got banned for something
7: Yes, you know me, im pretty salty af, not determined for some events so that's why im getting angry and just quitting it, not right at some details or even my grammar is bad. That's fine if i won't get a moderator by all that. Probably you like me or not, i don't really care. So go ahead.
Your application is well-written, but I have to be honest, your tendency to try and be a backseat moderator when I've been doing my job on the server is off-putting.
Well, about calladmin, i didn't had enough time and just being lazy to report by video for proofs, so that's why i have to use this command or other reasons. About warning players instead of staffs, i wanted to be useful and affordable to help, i just didn't know about that yet.
So that's what i can say. Anyway, thanks for reply.
P.S: Tendency? Sorry, im currently used to hate cancer, toxic memes, and other things what i hate, but not just gag or mute for it, i'll still keep myself calm and not to be that douche.
I don't mean anything to do with /calladmin, although blowing staff's cover as soon as they arrive doesn't help with reports.
What I mean is that you seem to have a history of acting almost worryingly overzealous when it comes to acting on rulebreakers, going as far as trying to do our job while we're in the server, acting on the rulebreakers ourselves.
Reiterating what Limey said, I think you try TOO hard to become a moderator on the server, with excessive amounts of backseat moderating. From what I've seen in the past from you, your level of enthusiasm about wanting to join the staff and help out makes me feel kind of uncomfortable at times too, it's a little too much. So I don't really feel comfortable with you being a mod, sorry.
Imo it is sometimes way over the top of you trying to enforce the rules. If you want a good insight, just ask others or me to fellow assistance. Now is not a better time to have paid admin, so you have always time for improvement there. Have at it!
