Chicken McFaggots Ban Appeal

1. showing me the entire chat log at the speed of light doesn't really help me. you could have at least but time stamps
2. i see no spam.
3. im new to the server, if i see everyone else in chat being toxic that i have seen on the server before im gonna think thats acceptable behaviour.
4. i don't even have any text binds.
5. the only discriminatory thing i said was in reference to someones name. being gay my self im fairly sure im not homophobic.
6. if the chat of other people who you are not even interacting with bothers you use !mute not record an entire video and then upload it :/
7. a whole month is way to over kill.

I wasn't on the server when all this happened, but the video has given me enough to think about. Giving the wrong SteamID is a pretty major part of making an appeal, so you ought to clear that up, especially since you posted the right ban reason, but the wrong ID. Gives off a bad impression.

As for some of your points:

1: The log is easy enough to check if one pauses to read enough. There's still evidence in there.
3: That is not a valid excuse. Common sense alone should be enough to tell you that toxic behaviour is not acceptable. If that's not enough, the rules are displayed when you join.
6: There's a line between being bothered by other conversations and said conversations breaking the rules. There was enough toxicity to warrant recording a chat log as evidence.
7: I am in agreement with this, but only because this is your first ban. That said, I do think you deserve a ban for your behaviour.


I vote to keep the ban, but perhaps shorten it a tad.
