The image you posted seems very doubtful, I see stacked sprays which means it could be anyone who sprayed it, unless you have absolutely proof that Finicod sprayed it there's nothing we can do sadly, still going to keep an eye on him tho.
Hasn't the plugin been fixed? Last time I remember we had a similar case that we had trouble solving. Even when removing the spray via command (see retired moderator title), when hovering over the spray location, the information would still be displayed. Attempting to force a player to spray a spray to find out who the culprit is might work but it is a questionable method.
If you remove a spray, the plugin tells you whose spray you removed. You can then just use /adminspray to doublecheck if it was his but its pretty much clear. Spray stacking isn't fixed to my knowledge, but I might be wrong?
So since that bug is there and there's no actual proof if it really was his, there's not much we can do. But thanks for the report, we'll keep an eye on him.
