First of all, fairly sure a lot of us were present when the events unfolded, so don't assume we're stupid and are just jumping on a mindless bandwagon.
Second of all, what would make you more 'civil' is actually giving a proper apology to pika because while you may not think you said much to him, ever considered how he felt about it? People react differently to things said to them. Pika was quite hurt by your statements, and I'm not willing to let something like that slide.

Finally, you were bickering with staff because you got told no countless times with your stuff. Yet you still insisted and kept on being persistent until it eventually got unbearable and annoying.

I advise you take a good look at yourself first before you try to assume stuff about the rest of us.

I don't assume people are stupid. Again, I never said I did not do anything wrong in that day either. I did do wrong. But I don't randomly jump out and insult/disrespect people out of nowhere. Also about Pika and his reaction to my comment, I find that to be an extreme overreaction and on an unfair grounds of comparison. Calling someone "rude" is hardly offensive, and trying to make the word more than it is doesn't make sense. I also have reasons of my own for not saying sorry. You could say I was also hurt before. I did already say I do not disrespect people unless I am disrespected first.

If you mean the bickering with staff I did on that particular day in which I got banned, yes, it was excessive and pointless, but I was feeling attacked by multiple people and replying to them all does conjure up a wall of diatribe on the chat, which would indeed attract a lot of attention towards me. (Oh, you mean on THAT occasion. Surely you witnessed the shitstorm of a dozen odd people coming in a chat and attack me with repeated insults? I would call that "demonizing and ridiculing". It's hard to get "no" through my head when it's just "no" with no good argument. All arguments posed against me that day were replied with arguments from my side, that were civil for as long as the person kept it civil.)

I do not "assume" anything about anyone. I merely go from experience.

You literally just said that you did do wrong. I've refuted your points about not doing wrong with my statements that I was there and saw what happened and your point has already had numerous other staff team members come out against it, yet you constantly turn back and respond with "No, that's wrong." no matter who says otherwise, or in what numbers they do so.

And about backing each other up, we have enough evidence of your attitude here to come to the same conclusion independently - and besides, of course we'll think about backing each other up: because we're a Staff Team. Besides everything else, it's our job to work together.

And when it comes to judging fairly, without concrete evidence in your appeal, this all comes down to word vs word. There are many more people's word agsinst yours, and it comes from people who have proven themselves to be trustworthy. Just because we're not agreeing with you doesn't mean we're not trying to be fair.

It's getting late and I need sleep. I've had enough of this. My vote stays, and your appearance is no better. Good night.

I had already said I knew what I did wrong in my first few posts. I do claim that some of the things you stated are wrong because they are not an accurate depiction of what happened. I wrote and read those messages first hand and was there through it all, through both of the major events that happened in me dissing people, and all the Steam chat messages I had with several staff members. I know very well what happened. Once again I say: if mere argumentation with staff members is something that horrible and evil that you call it my "attitude", maybe you should rethink a few things.

You are supposed to stay impartial and check the situation out from a neutral position instead of just assuming your friend is right.

I barely said anything to Pika at all, I don't see why you are making such a huge fuss out of something that literally did not happen. Yes I talked with Pika, yes we also talked privately, no I did not say anything more insulting than "rude" to him in any way, shape, or form, and having to prostrate myself and apologize for something so minor is attempting to make a fool out of me. I'm not one to fluff up or be dishonest. I could have been dishonest and kissed all your asses for a higher chance to get unbanned, but that's not how I roll.

If anyone wants to talk to me personally about the whole matter, from start (the whole dodgeball affair) to finish (my ban and aftermath) with an open mind so that I can maybe show them that I'm not lucifer himself and they can hear the entire story from my point of view (and also share your own if you want) and ask me anything, just PM me and I'll add you on Steam for a chat. It is simply not practical to write a wall of text in a single post in here than it is to talk to each person individually, and also not practical to reply to anything with a much greater potential to devolve into a shit slinging show, which I'd rather avoid. I feel that it conveys the point much more appropriately.

i wasn't a part of this so unbiased opinion inc

He apologised and admitting to doing wrong and it's been nearly a year.

That's long enough of a time for a punishment.

There is no point to having a ban appeals forum if you're going to act on your grudges, emotions and assuming people won't change instead of giving them another chance and banning their ass if they misbehave again.

to other admins: linking forum weapon videos like it's 2010 is fukn stupid
this is the fucking ban appeals forum not a public shaming pillory
we should encourage people to appeal their bans and try to change not make fun of them numnuts
and many of your arguments or points just seem moot or breaking the purpose of the ban appeal itself

regarding you moe instead of trying to explain yourself to everybody separately I suggest to just get in contact with Pika to talk and apologise to him personally since he was the person that felt affected by this event and your actions.
