Reason provided for ban: "Constantly whining and complaining, and becoming increasingly toxic after being warned for complaining."

Who were you banned by?: Dispenz0r

Proof of innocence: None.

I was banned almost a year ago following some shitstorm that happened during the first major event on Light's new map. I can't really remember any of that now, think I overreacted to something which I felt was unfair and vented stupidly. It also didn't help that it was following a previous shitstorm happening just a few days before, which shall stay in the past. A lot of things happened and I got on a lot of people's bad side. I do care about this community and I feel like I was misunderstood by many, coming across as egocentric, but I admit that my attitude in several situations was also far from appropriate. I wish to return now as I'm starting to miss the servers a bit, they are kind of irreplaceable. And if I can help things out, I will try to; that's what I was at least trying to do back then. I'll bring in a cooler temper and avoid aggravating any displeasing situations that I may come across. That's all, the rest is on you guys to decide.

Recap for those that can't follow:

It was last year on EU. The server was locked for the quiz event and Phase 2 of the SpringMax Update. Moe here was kicked by Struts for interrupting the questions with backfire, proceeded to harras it more and got permanently banned from the server.

Moe, you have left a comment on my profile with the marks "Rude". I was outraged. Thanks for that, I created a thread saying "PSA: Events" where I had to explain what was going on,and also note that those type of events are not gonna be shown up to the server anymore. It resulted in me hating you for decades. I still do now, moe.

You broke me. You broke my effort into shades that I cannot pick up anymore, it's too sharp. You made me cry. A ton.

However, I am not the one who has the innocent image. My questions were wrong represent, for a competitive setting that had bloody 50€ as the grand price to offer. This is my fault.

I am at the edge of thinking that I want you to give me a call and apologize for this whole situation. I will not be in your way, I am here awaiting your response. We all do.

Honestly I wouldn't want you back. How smug you acted towards others left a sour taste in my mouth, along with the way you treated Pika here. I didn't particularly like your attitude regarding several things, so sorry but I'm gonna be voting no for this appeal. Can't quite say you made a good impression in the past, and I don't trust you very much.

I will not be addressing anything that happened in the past in detail. I do not want any more shitstorms, and I doubt you do either. You did a good job in preparing the event, and that I never claimed otherwise. I think I was also pretty clear when we talked via Steam chat. I know well where I have gone wrong. I won't address particular situations or hand out personal apologies. Hopefully you understand.

That was just a tongue-in-cheek way of bringing the topic up as I was permanently banned from the forums. Just my way of saying that I want to appeal my ban. And I didn't know my ban appeal was supposed to make people laugh. While I still do not intend to start a shitstorm, I'm still curious as to where the egotistic nature of my appeal is.

Another thing to point out, you were warned multiple times before you were banned, so you had plenty of chances to change your attitude, yet you didn't. The egotistical nature stems from two things, the fact that you come back thinking we will forgive you after acting blatantly disrespectful towards us and the fact that you can approach the Co-Owner talking about it after being banned "long enough".

But I just told you I was permanently banned from the forums. Who else would I talk to other than Dispenz0r or Green to solve the issue? That's why I'm here in the first place. That's what moderators/administrators do, that's why I was banned.

Also, I have about four people who are in DFS in my friends' list total, and two of them are the Co-Owner and the Owner. Even if I have any others, I do not talk to them or even know they are in DFS.

To reply to your edit, back then I also personally felt disrespected. Not going into details. Again, there is no reason I should not approach the Owner or Co-Owner for this matter.
