Ban reason: 'You've had your last chance, and here you are stunlocking people, stunning people, disrespecting admins and players, and breaking other rules, bye.'

This is my second appeal. I understand how this was my last chance, but I honestly feel that this ban was unfair and just harsh.

1. Stunlocking. I would barely consider what I was doing 'stunlocking'. I was stunning people once or twice then moving on. And I was only stunning afks and people who were inactive.

2. Stunning. Never knew that wasn't allowed, doesn't say this in the rules and I wasn't stunning them to the point at which they would be stuck in the same place for all eternity.

3. Disrespecting admins. Closest thing I did to this was say 'McCree Scum'. But I wasn't referring to the admin with the skin, I was referring to McCree, the most useless Overwatch hero (besides Winston).

4. Disrespecting players. Not really disrespecting, just telling a few players off for killing me when I was trying to surf. Why do surf maps have damage enabled?

5. Breaking other rules. Too vague, means nothing.

6. I also don't like how this was my 'last chance'. I've only ever had one legitimate ban on this server (second one didn't count because it didn't have a valid ban reason), so why is this a permaban?

I also feel that the admins are picking on me. One admin gave me this 'happy' status for some reason, which made everything I say change into a message that sounded like something a drunken homosexual would say. Another admin then silenced me after a few messages I sent were changed into weird vulgar messages. Feeling ticked off because I felt the admins were mistreating me, I left and rejoined. I was originally only going to be banned for 10 minutes for avoiding silences, but the admin that banned me decided to use my 'last chance' as an excuse to permaban me for all the minor things I did that wouldn't get anyone else banned. Then again, that's just my interpretation.

1. You were stunlocking me, while i was perfectly here and trying to freeze my taunts

2. Not annoying others players is in the rules

3. You said that right after you got punished for stuning me mutliple times, and you were clearly looking at me, Either you have a real bad timing with your feelings about McCree, either you're just lying.

4. I can't say i wans't here for this map

5. That other rule was Pusnishement avoidance for example.

6. This is your last chance because you got unbanned from a Permaban, which means you already got hardly out of it, you should know you better watch what you do when you just got unbanned.

In the end i just vote for you to stay Permabanned. I'll give you at least some respect because your ban appeals aren't shit.

You were stunlocking people until we told you to stop, you stunlocked once or twice before we had to step in.

You were stunning a lot of people on purpose, i'm sure you knew what you were doing, this counts as griefing.

Yesterday you were disrespecting both Blanni&Hades, Blanni might have been a misunderstanding but you were directly harassing Hades because he was defending the fact people have the right to kill in surf maps. And you know, calling people cunts isn't exactly "telling off".

You were happy'd because you were being disrespectful, after you decided it was a brilliant idea to just spam it in the chat, i silenced you, and you tried to avoid it, the ban was for 10 minutes until we decided it was your last chance and you should be permabanned because you clearly haven't learned from your previous permaban and you are still repeating the offenses you were banned for in the first place.
Sorry, but i don't think it'd be fair to let you in the server again.

2: "Stunning. never knew that was allowed, doesn't say this is in the rules" (No excessive trolling). Hm, it's almost as if stun locking counts as excessive trolling.

3: I seem to remember a certain someone calling me salty over trying to reason why "Don't spawnkill/camp in surfmaps" is a rule.

5: "Breaking other rules. Too vague, means nothing." We told you multiple times to stop spawnkilling in surf_utopia, yet instead of being a mature guy, bitting the bullet and accepting that it's a rule. You come at us with reasons such as "But they're afk".

Honestly, with a second chance i thought you would change your mind. Follow the rules and generally "try" and not be a dick.

Seems i was wrong.

1. It literally means what it means: freezing his taunt animation.
2. Well you should be banned because i find you annoying. See the problem? The world doesn't revolve around you or anyone else and neither does the rules.
6. Too bad, that was your condition for being unbanned, we're not Dispenz0r so any further discussion about that is up to him, but officially, you were on your last chance.

2. I'm not too familiar with 'griefing', all I know is that it's something to do with destroying things.

3. Hard to say that when quite a lot of admins were also calling others 'cunts'

5. I was not spawncamping, I was taunt killing an afk pyro for heads, but I stopped when I was asked to

6. Well, what is the point of 'happy'. If you're going to give someone a 'happy', spamming is literally the only thing they can do with it.

2. Sure despite the fact you were banned for it, i'm sure you know stunning others is fun only for you and the opposite of fun for the other, that's what griefing is.
3. In the map, there was only two mentions of the word "cunt" by an admin and that was by me and Hades.
5. "I wasn't spawncamping i was camping at spawn"
6. To discourage players from talking by making them say stupid shit.

Seems i was wrong.

2. Stunning someone a few times is not excessive trolling. If it is, then your server is way too harsh.

3. I remember calling you 'salty' over something else (calling some scout a 'cunt')

5. Well I did stop after you continued reasoning after the 'but they're afk' statement. And you have to keep in mind that I wasn't ruining anybody's fun as I only killed an afk.
