I understand my mistake and will accept the final judgement.
I understand I have threatened the server and I am willing to retract my statements found in the chat logs.

I'd vote no, whether or not you're "sorry", blackmailing the server is a serious offense, and you don't get away with that with a simple "sorry".
The Log didn't have anything bad in it, but you could have very easily transformed it to actually be harmful, we don't know your intentions and even if you tell us you didn't have bad intentions we still cannot trust you, in the end what you did was actual blackmail whether or not you plan to do anything behind it (which we can't confirm since those are just words on the internet).

I don't think you should be unbanned, this is a serious offense and you should have thought about what you said.
