Report on a spawncamper

I was playing on DFS on surf_utopia, everythings fine until [DFS] Ognisty Kapeć (STEAM_0:0:145005148) starts spawncamping us, i told him that he should stop spawncamping and he said that he "doesn't ****ing care", i said that i was going to report him he said "reporting kid lololololl" and he kept spawncamping.
He is being rude and not-so-friendly, he should probably get banned for 1 day, here are the screenshots.
