Spawnkiller In surf_10x_reload_tf2

I am honestly sick and tired of this guy, he has done nothing but act like a smug ass towards people. He was already banned 4 times before, so I went ahead and took the liberty of permabanning this guy, since its obvious he never learns. Any higher up staff, feel free to tell me if i should keep it or not

looking at his screenshot, i can tell that he has an extreme ego clogging up his brain with all the screenshots saying "domination"

Having him in the Friendslist, you should know how annoying he is. (Pointing at you, Rainbowmaker)
He's by nature a massive troll who never knows when to stop and this pisses off the entire server on a regular basis.
I'm fine with him trolling in private chat etc. but he prooved to be annoying towards our players, which is a nogo.
Even with all these bans and warning he doesn't stop, and if someone doesn't learn it after more than 3 times, than a perma is guaranteed.

Keep the permaban. If he apologizes in the forums, maybe give him one FINAL chance. Maybe. If you guys are in a good mood heh.
