To be completely honest, I'm not entirely sure if this is how it works or if I'm even allowed to do this in the first place, but I'll give it a try nonetheless.
How long have you been on DFS?/When have you started playing on DFS?
While not sure on the exact date, I believe that I first arrived on DFS sometime after the chambers update, so some time around 2014-2015 I think

Not sure on the exact level, but above level 100
Why do you want to become a staff member?
Due to school, real life issues, and general lack of motivation due to such, I have unfortunately been somewhat inactive on DFS and TF2 in general, but I am much more active on Discord. I feel that I would be better suited for the role of a Discord moderator as such.

Past experiences as a staff member
Moderator for DFS and Paid admin several times before the donation system was reworked, not much experience in chat program moderation but I would imagine it's more or less the same as moderating TF2 Voice/Text chat
How active are you on DFS? If you're accepted, how active can you be on DFS?
Not nearly as active on DFS as I used to be, but as shown by my level above, I have been very active in the past. If accepted as a Discord moderator, I would likely be on almost daily as Discord is my main chat program
Have you ever been banned from DFS before? If so, why?:
Not since Sourcebans was introduced, but many years back I was banned for around 5 minutes by who I believe was a paid admin for earrape, which was a very severe punishment for such as well, seeing as the earrape is very tame for today's standards (Oh Yea Mr Krabs was the spam I played I believe, which resulted in a kick and ban) but besides that, my record is perfectly clean save for a mute.

Generally well trusted by the DFS moderation team
Instead of instant mutes and bans, if possible I would like to calm down escalated situations and drama without punishment, using such as a last resort if possible.
